- You will process customer orders, create order confirmations and ensure that everything is entered correctly into the system.
- You will assist with preparatory accounting and prepare all documents so that they can be handed over neatly.
- You will create new items in the online shop, maintain existing product data and ensure a consistent presentation.
- You will take on classic everyday office tasks – from emails to filing.
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training – for example in office management, wholesale and foreign trade or a comparable field. Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience or have just completed your training and are eager to get started.
- You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quickly familiarise yourself with new tools.
- You are open to changing tasks, work carefully and can keep track of multiple processes.
- You bring team spirit, flexibility and a good understanding of business to the table

Around 20 colleagues work for us in Hamburg and Weilheim/Teck. A large part of our success lies in reliable logistics.
