    About the job:

    Do you work in back office or internal sales and find yourself constantly stressed? Then join Metropolitan Trends as a commercial employee (m/f/d).

    For us, back office means clear processes, smooth workflows and a team that sticks together.

    Your tasks:

    • You will create order confirmations, document all steps clearly and maintain an overview at all times.
    • You will be responsible for creating and managing orders.
    • You will ensure that all customs-related documents are complete and correctly prepared.

    Your profile:

    • You have completed commercial training – for example, in office management, wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable field.
    • Ideally, you have gained some initial professional experience or have just completed your training and are eager to get started.
    • You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and quickly familiarise yourself with new tools.
    • You are open to changing tasks, work carefully and maintain an overview even when dealing with multiple processes.
    • You have a basic knowledge of English.
    • You bring team spirit, flexibility and a good commercial understanding to the role.

      In the warehouse, you will work regular shifts between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. In the office, working hours are usually between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and can be flexibly arranged with slight shifts forward or backward.
